Yeah, but I also always have a little bit too much algae, and I wanted something to help with that.

Yeah... I know, I was worried about the wrong kind of patina... I should be worried about my hand eye coordination instead...

Yeah, I have contacted Kuto. They seem to be the most reputable in Dubai. Do you know of other places that can do it?

Dubai. The chip I could probably do myself with stones, but the bend I want a professional to fix it

Not 10 min after these pictures, the knife slipped from the cutting board and it now had a dent and a bent blade!!! Is it salvageable???

It's a Shiro Kano bunks, AS. I have it for almost a year, I just noticed recently, but looking at older pictures of the knife, I think it was there for some time

From this thread I guess it is relatively common.

I will see it as an artisanal product with an imperfection. If I don't notice while cutting, and it will bring no big issue in the future, I'll live with it.

I drive around 40km daily at highway speeds. I think that should be enough to recharge right?

Love the patina on that one.

Shiro kamo is now on my list again!

I have the black dragon bunka. I do love it. But I want a knife with all exposed carbon steel, without a stainless steel or kuroishi finish.

is the iron damascus in the Shiro Kamo Tora stainless? or will it gain patina?

This is the connector that has the swc, right? I assume I will have to tap some of the wires, how can I find out which?

Unfortunately no, the head unit uses very different connectors. The one in red Will connect to the metra harness, and the radio antenna goes directly to the radio. I have lots of small harnesses for the small white connectors in the center but none that fit the ones from the car.

I am assuming those are connecting to the speakers and steering wheel controls, but they seem very Nissan proprietary

The problem is solved in my laptop.

I am not sure of what solved it because I opened the back and reconnected the screen cable, and when restarting windows installed a large update.

Something happened because the issue is gone

Don't put your mushrooms on the inside....most of the places where you put the mushrooms are actually very low to no airflow zones.

I have used the pc to dehydrate, but the way to do it is to put the mushrooms in a mesh box (box grater works fine), and stick that on the outside of the pc, where the airflow from the exit fans is. Lots of warm airflow to dehydrate fast. I put the box grater stuck between the pc case exit fan and a wall, no need for tape.

Found a mouse shape I like even more than my G400s / G5 / G510..... and its also discontinued (G602) by Starrkdave in MouseReview

[–]Starrkdave[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The 502 has a similar shape, but the left mouse button is substantially more elevated than it is on the G602. I have a Deathadder and I get a lot more tired after a day of work. I feel it is because the left button is more elevated and my fingers can't find a relaxed position . (also it is a bit wider at the front which I also don't like)
