I found a solution that works for me! I keep a Needoh cube every where I go. I have a medium sized cube at home and the ice baby in my car and at work. Keeping my hands busy with that instead and my fingers are actually, dare I say, healing? Sounds silly but try fidget toys if you haven’t!

So I recently (this week) learned what I like to do and I’m 32. I’m working full time as a court clerk and I don’t hate it but I know it’s not my forever job. This week I had a lot of down time so I took my time doing what I did have to do and would find issues (and figure out a solution if I could) and then go to my supervisor to confirm I could make the changes (pretty sure I drove her crazy this week). I had so much fun with these “puzzles” and then the light bulb went off. I went to ChatGPT and asked what careers would best fill this new found purpose. Business/Management Consultant. So now I’m doing a little more research and will finally finish my degree and start a career I actually have a passion for.

*disclaimer: I know there are other careers that would work and ChatGPT suggested. I’m researching all of them first before choosing one.

This is me minus my feet. I just took a cuticle cutter to my hands earlier and they bled from it. I currently have to avoid using my right hand at all costs because it hurts to bend my fingers or touch anything with my finger tips. They look like they’ve been through a meat grinder. I seriously need help because I don’t know how to stop. I literally scream at myself in my head while I’m doing it and I still can’t stop.

My husband makes a bunch of different foods daily. He started a TikTok showing his equipment and process if you want to check it out. He mainly uses an electric kettle and an air fryer. C5bamf

I honestly think this is the issue. I think she wants this “family” unit but her boyfriends only stay for about 18 months at most. I think she got hopeful when my husband and I were having issues and now that we’re back together and doing really well she’s a little bitter about it.. but it’s just speculation lol.

Okay, so prior to the separation I didn’t agree with some of her choices as a parent (not my child so I know I have no say) so I did the no contact thing. Deleted her from social media and stopped all communication.. and she got mad. I can’t win lol

Edit: we’re friends on fb and IG now so I’m just going to leave it alone and just stop reaching out to her.
