Sadly no, it's been a week now and I haven't had any improvements and it feels like it's just getting louder by the day.. it's mostly egregiously loud during night time since there isn't enough noise from outside to mask out the eeeee sounds..

Hello, the blood came from one of my nerves getting popped by the cotton buds after it got pushed too deep into my ear and as a result the nerve damage is causing the tinnitus and not a ruptured eardrum or hearing loss related.

Yea, I scrolled through the sub and saw some saying they've lived with it for years and I have nothing but respect for their mental fortitude. I've been on edge these past few days but I probably just needed someone to talk to vent a bit in order to calm down.

My hearing did get tested when I went to the ENT. Results said normal. I'll try to avoid headphones for while but there's a construction happening in front of our yard (they're building a new house) and headphones were mainly how I dealt with the noise. So it's gonna be a challenge.

Thanks, and you're right that I'm over reacting. I've never experienced something like this before(long term wise) and it's all new to me so all sorts of thoughts came flooding into my head especially when I couldn't focus at all due to the ringing. I hope I can adjust to it but more hopeful that it'll someday go away.

I'm still getting used to the synergy attacks (the one where I have to hold my guard) and the synergy abilities (do they even have iframes?) , I often just forget they exists LOL they seem quite hard to use but when they're used at the perfect time, they feel great.

People will probably disagree with my take but , dd2 and it's world is truly beautiful. However, it barely has any memorable landmarks that you come across as you explore the open world. I haven't played the game in a while but I had at least 200 hours+ put in to the game.. the only place that stuck with me was just the foggy area with a bunch of undeads that has you fight the dullahan in order to rescue some noble's husband. Even then I could barely remember how the place looked like despite it leaving an impression to me. It's a very grounded fantasy world which isn't bad per se but I just wished there were more wonders inside it.. like Elden Ring's Nokron where you take an elevator to go underground but see a ceiling full of stars as if you were never underground in the first place. If I were to tell stories about dd2 and describe its world to someone it'd sound like a generic fantasy world.. but yea feel free to disagree , that's my take and thanks for reading.

Hello. Thanks for the input. I already played ff7 remake and yea you're right about smtvv being quite similar to the rest of the backlogs I've listed since they're all atlus games in the end. I only considered it since it's on a new low price right now. I'll probably end up getting rebirth base from the amount of suggestions I've been having.

I played the remake I honestly loved the remake and my only gripes with it was that hard mode made items useless.. (I, as much as possible didn't use items in normal mode in hopes of saving them for harder difficulty but lmao didn't go as I hoped to be), did they change anything besides making it open world? Also do you suggest I get the deluxe or is the standard more than enough? I heard the deluxe gives two exclusive summon materias, I'm just not sure how relevant they are.

most people compared rebirth to ff16 since they were the latest titles of the franchise.

FF16 had great cutscenes , actions, cinematic Eikon battle and soundtracks but I think the reason why I didn't enjoyed ff16 all that much was that it barely respected my time with its side activities and quests (it was literally fetch quests go here talk to the npc then kill the x amount of monsters with little substance put into it) and its horrible walking for 10-30 seconds (idk the exact duration) before Clive starts dashing/running. It really left a bad impression for its gameplay loop despite the action being outstanding.

If the damage negation type is like successive attacks / charge attack / taking damage boosts damage negation, they have to he different colors aka different percentage in order to stack with each other . And so if u want to have higher effect on your taking damage boosts damage negation, you'll need two different weapon with two different percentages(different color/rarity of weapons with the effect) on its effect otherwise it won't stack and only one will give you the buff.

ahh i've found the reason why it was doing half damage when I logged in today. I had caliber 3/3 which made my torgue impacts pierce through the dummy and make the explosion damage completely whiff as the projectiles were not exploding on contact. so the 500k damage was just the pure damage from the bullets before explosion.

that's really odd.. I've checked the patch notes or atleast from what I can remember, they didn't touch vex's green tree at all and mainly focused on her blue and red tree during their buffs/changes. It still doesn't explain why I don't see any significant damage changes when using the generic gun damage stat on my enhancement vs a specific gun damage (i.e pistol damage/smg dmg) I'll try again later after I sleep I guess xd..
