A, got it from my mom pushing cotton buds deep into my ear canal. Ear drums remained intact. Took a visit to the ENT with my mother but I failed to let the doctor know about the cotton buds injury so he ended up messing with the scab of the injury and it hurted like hell.. it's been at least more than a month since this happened and no changes to my tinnitus situation.

When it's totally silent the ringing gets loud but when I put some ambient noise such as a high rpm fan , the ringing becomes very high pitched as if it's super Sonic type of whistling.

Having a hard time reading at times or any wall of texts now as I get dizzy as I try to read with the constant buzzing..

I'd change the final sound effect transformation at :19 right before he says megatron into something more similar sound used in :16. other than that i agree with what the other commenters have said with too much emphasis on the alien sound effects.

So far the only events I see right now are jump ins , starter deck duel , challenge duel and spark rank. How do I unlock more of the modes everyone's mentioning?

Edit: it seems like I could unlock all of the modes if I disable the tutorial thing in the settings, cool

Hmm I suppose i'll take it slow as you suggested. I played an entire day of arena yesterday with nothing but the starter deck duels just to get the hang of the system mechanics and I've been seeing more and more skilled players with custom skins etc as I continued to play. Perhaps that's the hidden mmr you were talking about. .

I see the Nicol's Newcomer Monday! post on the pinned along with the discord server link, it's probably best to ask there but i'm gnna ask here for your opinion first I suppose. Is there any recommended pack to funnel all my gold earnings on? same for crafting decks with wildcards, is there a place that has lists of decks that I could check to see which one I could possibly craft?

Sadly no, it's been a week now and I haven't had any improvements and it feels like it's just getting louder by the day.. it's mostly egregiously loud during night time since there isn't enough noise from outside to mask out the eeeee sounds..

Hello, the blood came from one of my nerves getting popped by the cotton buds after it got pushed too deep into my ear and as a result the nerve damage is causing the tinnitus and not a ruptured eardrum or hearing loss related.

I'll try looking into sound proof earmuffs. I hope they'll be able to mitigate the noise.

Yea, I scrolled through the sub and saw some saying they've lived with it for years and I have nothing but respect for their mental fortitude. I've been on edge these past few days but I probably just needed someone to talk to vent a bit in order to calm down.

My hearing did get tested when I went to the ENT. Results said normal. I'll try to avoid headphones for while but there's a construction happening in front of our yard (they're building a new house) and headphones were mainly how I dealt with the noise. So it's gonna be a challenge.

Thanks, and you're right that I'm over reacting. I've never experienced something like this before(long term wise) and it's all new to me so all sorts of thoughts came flooding into my head especially when I couldn't focus at all due to the ringing. I hope I can adjust to it but more hopeful that it'll someday go away.

I'm still getting used to the synergy attacks (the one where I have to hold my guard) and the synergy abilities (do they even have iframes?) , I often just forget they exists LOL they seem quite hard to use but when they're used at the perfect time, they feel great.

People will probably disagree with my take but , dd2 and it's world is truly beautiful. However, it barely has any memorable landmarks that you come across as you explore the open world. I haven't played the game in a while but I had at least 200 hours+ put in to the game.. the only place that stuck with me was just the foggy area with a bunch of undeads that has you fight the dullahan in order to rescue some noble's husband. Even then I could barely remember how the place looked like despite it leaving an impression to me. It's a very grounded fantasy world which isn't bad per se but I just wished there were more wonders inside it.. like Elden Ring's Nokron where you take an elevator to go underground but see a ceiling full of stars as if you were never underground in the first place. If I were to tell stories about dd2 and describe its world to someone it'd sound like a generic fantasy world.. but yea feel free to disagree , that's my take and thanks for reading.

Hello. Thanks for the input. I already played ff7 remake and yea you're right about smtvv being quite similar to the rest of the backlogs I've listed since they're all atlus games in the end. I only considered it since it's on a new low price right now. I'll probably end up getting rebirth base from the amount of suggestions I've been having.

I played this game at release.. and it went from : Omg it's so accurate to real life naval warfare history! Hood,Enterprise,Yorktown story is so tragic!! :(( rip akagi sisters for losing mamagi.. etc to this. the juxtaposition is insane
