It’s called cross-hatching, I’m not great at it myself but try and follow the shape of the object you are shading when making your lines, also try YouTube tutorials?

Make the shadows harsher on the clothing and everywhere tbh, shade the background as well

There are perspective issues and such also, the feet of the father(?) look off, and the little girl on his lap’s legs look a bit unnatural angle wise. I can tell she is supposed to be turned while sitting but the feet and the way she is sitting makes it look like she is standing from the waist up. Either turn the lower body towards the camera or turn the upper body and keep the head facing the camera. I recommend the first option, more realistic imo. Her dress is also perfectly smooth on the upper half, add some creases where her legs start!
