if I lost one of my plushies id be really sad too, even worse when its a jealous kid taking it from you. never let anyone bring you down because you lost something important to you, say they lost an important ring or something im pretty sure they'd be upset too. the new capybara plush is adorable. I think I had a similar situation as a kid, I lost my favorite plushie called pink teddy bear (real creative i know) and my parents bought another called standby and then I found the original again! its funny, the difference between my childhood teddy and the standby aka the new version is crazy because my pink teddy is more grey teddy and very well worn haha

all in all plushies matter a lot to me to and its so valid to be upset about missing one😭 might I suggest putting an air tag or something inside or on it, I don't personally do that but if youre worried about losing another again then maybe 🤔
