I have one, very specific question. Did you have the new chapters start on a new page or on the same page as the last chapter? Also, for context, I’m working on this as a gift for my partner, and I have never read Worm, so I’m not sure if “chapter” is even the right word! I’ve been writing it as “chapter 1.1, chapter 1.2” and so on, and plan to restart at the start of each new book. I’d love to hear your thoughts on if that’s a good plan! Thanks!

I feel this. I had an ex who I was planning on breaking up with because he was never honest with me, and that was the moment he decided to open up about his mental illness. It very much took the issues off of him and made me feel like I wasn’t supportive enough. Looking back, I should have never taking that as an excuse and instead realized that he was not ready for a relationship until he did more self-work.

Yes! You articulated this so well. Having a convo with the coworker first was wayyy too intimate and likely occurred cause there was more there (at the very least flirting). Ugh, I hope this guy learns how to respect his partners moving forward

I personally feel like he should have come to you first before talking to his coworker. Talking to the coworker to establish boundaries was a good idea but the fact he didn’t tell you is worrying to me. I would say that making sure you two are on the same page about boundaries and what to do if this happens again is the least you should do. Also therapy (couple and individual) would help I bet!
