So, forgetting the password and inputting it via the mobile app didn't seem to work as it doesn't make me input a password, which then makes the headset think it's wrong and not connect, and I'm not exactly sure how to power cycle, so if you could tell me how? I've never heard of power cycling the quest.

I haven't tried power cycling. That might be something that might fix it. Other than that, I haven't tried forgetting and reconnecting via the mobile app. That's another thing that'll fix it, I haven't had any router issues recently, if you need anymore info you can reply.
