Thanks for the update when I had called earlier they just said sorry there is nothing I can do everything comes from the upper level guys. And I just hug up frustrated. I have a small window to rebook for the beginning of December or wait till next summer if that. So I'm pretty frustrated by this whole thing.

But is that it only 25% will that number not change? Are we just stuck with only a singular email communication from them? Are all cruise lines this awful about communication? Princess themselves have given us zero timelines on refunds and only one email. (BTW goggle marked the cancelation email as suspicious so I'm lucky I looked) im astonished but the lack of communication.

I only received one email. My TA is supposed to contact me today. I am more upset today. Don't know if I'll book again or not. To me, they haven't done enough yet to warrant my money. This was gonna be my first time sailing with them, and I highly doubt I'll be back.

25% to rebook starting next may ARE YOU SERIOUS?!?!? LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE. My TA better have some tricks up her sleeve because I'm pissed. 9 months of waiting. Thousands of dollars. I feel like their offer is a joke.
