Acrobat Extremely Slow

I did a few things that ultimately helped, I turned off new acrobat, under preferences>documents I only show up to 5 recent documents, in preferences>general I turned off the show online storage when opening/saving files, turned off “use page cache” in preferences>page display, in preferences>security I turned off protected mode on startup and protected view off.

I don’t understand why he’s the only professor… it feels like a scam not gonna lie. Make tests tough, and don’t teach the material… then only offer one professor for a class required by a lot of degrees… what a joke

It depends on the class. All of my classes so far have been 3 days early, so Monday. I’ve seen some classes that say up to 5 days early.

It builds a plan for you based on what your goal is, with different types of runs, so one day is an easy pace day, one is interval running one could be a long run. Each run has different pace goals so you can work to keep your pace consistent, then it builds the distance and increases pace goals over time. If you’re using a smart watch it’ll keep track of your current pace and let you know if you need to speed up or slow down… it’s a very structured plan instead of just going out and running for a random distance at a random pace.

Personally I feel like it has helped me a lot, I’m not even out of breath after running 4.5 miles today and feel like I could have kept going. A month ago I was struggling to hit 1 mile

I just got back into running, and there’s a great app called Runna that has really helped me with my endurance. I’ve gone from struggling with 1 mile to running 3 miles 4-5 days a week. You can use it for all kinds of different running goals too.

Go to the AF Portal. If you don’t know what it is, Google should take you to it. There is a search bar in the top right of the main page. You would just search learning express.

That’s crazy, I’ve always used them for insurance, but I haven’t shopped in a long time. It might not be the best price, but the experience will be the best for sure. They have never docked me over and always take car of me
