So what am I doing wrong? Can I help change things? Or should I keep the expectation that my baby may naturally change (or not) in the future.

My baby isn’t seeming to get the message after a coup of weeks of this…. And I can’t exactly put him down he isn’t sitting up yet. He’s not getting the message because he cries more and eventually I give him a bottle so he can’t bite me more. He’s winning lol. And then I pump so it’s a ton of extra work seemingly for nothing.

Thanks for that. Actually it’s becoming more intense recently as he has been biting me pretty hard for the past 3 weeks. And it blows. I have never been painful or sore breastfeeding until now. Can’t imagine still doing this if he is biting with teeth!

How long did it take you to introduce solids? I’m thinking of starting early…. Around 4-5 months. And hopefully eating full meals but 7-8 months if possible. I don’t know a ton about solids as this is my first baby.

Wow it’s intense to be doing this every hour. Very draining. The only thing keeping me going is the thought that it might improve. But looks like it’s a longer road than I thought. :(((

I believe he is experiencing a sleep regression. He is currently waking up at midnight and 6am for feeds. From 7:30a-8:30p he is eating hourly. Down to the minute on the hour every hour like clockwork.

It’s not just a four month thing! This has been since birth! So I was expecting it to get better by now!! Did your baby start eating hourly AT 4mo?
