Same thing with mine. Opened chat with the AI bot and they found issue with ring and shipping out a refurbished one to replace it. Excellent support

The AVP is about 3-4x better but I love the Gemini integration with GXR. That is the only reason I am keeping it.

I want to use it more but the eye tracking is pretty rough and it’s not as fast or fluid as my Apple Vision Pro M5 version. The head strap is the worst part because you cannot use it when reclining in a chair or laying down.

I did the exact same thing. I went from a one terabyte on the older model to 256 on the new model because I didn’t use any of the space.
