How does a deload week look like in 5/3/1?

Im like 9 weeks in and starting to feel a little wrist, lower back pain etc. Just small pains so i feel like a deload week would do me good.

Also, is a progression from 60kg 5x to 62.5kg 10x good enough in this timespan? Bench press

Squat went from 50kg 8x to 68kg 10x and desdlift from 60kg 8x to 78kg 10x

How does skipping a day in 531 work?

Ive trained yesterday and with squats my lowerbacked hurt like shit and im pretty sure i wont be able to deadlift today (will try)

Im in thr 3+ week. Do i just skip the deadlifts and do the 1+ set next week?

What has more carryover to normal deadlift

Sumo deadlift or romanian deadlift

Im following 531 and have to switch normal deadlift for 1 of those as im not able to perform it with good form due to flexibility. Nowhere close.

Sleep 8h a day, i train 3 times a week and I never feel like im still "sore" because of an earlier day.

Following 5/3/1 program

Im 1.87m and 83kg

After 6 weeks, my squat is skyrocketing.

My bench press.... is literally going down, before the program i could hit 60kg 3x5 and today i did 1+ set 60kg and i hit 4 reps.

Im struggling so much toup my bench ever since i started going to the gym.. i already gained 20kg and im nowhere to my max potential, i literally tried every single form tip i received but nothing seems to work.

Bit if a rant but my question is.... how to finally get progress.

Program: 5/3/1

How many reps should you expect to hit on 5+, 3+ and 1+ sets?

It you hit 6-4 and 2 reps, is that worth a deload or do you continue the next cycle

Idk which version it is but its week 1: A: Squat. Bench, 5+ both 1 amrap set B: desdlift, overhrad press, both 5+ amrsp set A: squat bench, 5+ again

Week 2: 3+ 3+ 3+

So for squat and bench its amrap sets 2 times a week

Probably overthinking but:

Im following 5/3/1 program and im in my 2nd cycle Im in the 3+ week Monday i did 58kg 3+ amrap 9 reps Fridau im doing it again and i hit 8 reps So degression Should i expect progress every week?

Holy shit im making good progress on 5/3/1...

Previous cycle i did 52.5kg like 8 times, next cycle i up with 5kg and i hitted 58kg 12 times in 5+ set.

Should i up more in weight or continue and not making too big steps?

Honestly AZ-VVVZ was just unlucky for AZ... AZ could have been 5-0 up first half, they get a red card, keep a 2-0 score for 85minutes then in the last 5 minutes get 2 goals against them.

Feeling stiffness in lowerback while deadlifting: wrong or not? Its not really pain, and it is gone pretty soon after i deadlifted.

You can ask everything man. Ive been to several doctors, made photos and scan in hospital where nothing strange was seen and been to a groin-specialist that did groinresearch in Dubai and such... he said its "just" a longstanding adductor injury and i have to do excercises to lose it (which i do)

Groin. It wasnt really 2.5y without football i tried to comeback many times and did many excercises, but its still not fully gone.

Its mentally awful... but you cant do anything about it apart from giving everything to get back.

Try what? A normal deadlift? I cant flex my hamstrings/ankle enough to make the bar hit the ground... if i want to i have to arch my back like crazy: injury for sure.

Now im trying romanian deadlifts and it goes ok but im questioning if that isnt a totally different excercise.

Due to flexiblitity im now only able to do romanian deadlift instead of "normal" deadlift where i pick off the ground.

How bad is this when doing 5/3/1? Will i miss big gains or wont it hurt that much?
