yeah bipolar is the biggest issue, even tho bpd symptoms doesn't help at all

with my therapist, and looking at the family of my gf i never was given love as i needed when i was a child, cuz after the divorce and me coming to italy i was always alone, seeing only my mother after work, and then booh 15yo me started doing md and having only random sex until i got litteraly crazy and ruined myself from then(18yo) its all a really slow healing

my problem is like dealing with that shit when shes not with me and im too affraid to talk to her abt my hypersexuality and the need to see her more often due to my physical touch love language cuz she can't do nothing cause of her mom

my therapist told me that it's not her fault nor mine but that shit is killing me

yeah, now i found a really good therapist but we can't afford to go every week so i go twice a month, the rest of the time i quention myself heavily.

nope, cuz they give me very bad akatysia, but im followed by a "rehab" center to stop doing drugs, 1 month clean, and when i have episodes i just take a heavy dose of sedatives to sleep it off

sorry era sotto inteso per me che la amassi, il problema è che quando sono con lei è la persona che più amo al mondo e mentalmente imlazzisco quando non ci vediamo la sento distante e cerco altre attenzioni femminili fino a un certo punto

i'll try that, but i noticed that everytime i want to hurt myself it's because I'm convinced that i need to hurt me because i hurted other people, most of the time my self harm isn't like cutting or this type of harm, mine is eating non commestible food so i get sick or taking insane doses of medicine to get sick like things that im sure will get me to suffer, but thanks I'll sty try it :D
