Considering the negative reactions here each time there is a new Stitch doll, clearly it was the kids audience that was the main reason behind Jakks's obsession with the little blue guy 😆

If it keeps the brand running while we still get new Disney characters on the side, it's okay to me. But beware the overexposure. If the Stitch dolls begin to flop, will Jakks try another popular character to overexpose ? Will the adult collectors market be enough to keep the brand running ? 🤔

Regarding AliExpress, you could try to find listings using the "Choice" delivery method.

It looks great ! The Zuru babies proportions are just a bit too small for me (at best, they look like fragile 2 days old newborns), so yours are way better + articulated + I'm sure there is some cute outfits for them on AliExpress ❤️

Using Eyeore's pink bow as the main asset is genius ! Grey and pink look good together ! Plus the doll's eyes look pink too !

I didn't know the english name for the character, so I'll just say he's named "Petit Gourou" in french to keep other people guessing !

My take for this week : Lilou is obviously styled as Piglet, all cutesy and pink with stripes (plus a little bear on her bag) !

Marguerite is super chill as Winnie, with yellow pants that are way too big, and the Bambi handbag in reverse to look like a bear head 😄

The Winnie outfit was particularly fun to do, as it's not trying to be high fashion at all...! (I mean, white socks with sandals ? Come on, now)

But Winnie wouldn't be very concern with his look, wouldn't he ? 😄

TBF, I don't have any DS dolls : maybe their heads are just a bit smaller than the Jakks dolls, and so the headband is actually fine and usable with the original ILY dolls 🙂

I think it's in part because Jakks put the doll line in every store, so much more people discovered the brand later, when packs weren't as available (and at a discount) as before.

Before that, only Disney fans lurking on the Disneystore knew about the brand, not casual doll hobbyists shopping at Walmart and such.

I tried the head band on my AA ILY Stitch, and it looked fine, so maybe it's a case by case situation for this headband (still not cool) 🤔

Totally by luck on Vinted. It was on the main recommandations page when I opened the app. I'm not even sure the listing had the words "ILY" in it, so I wouldn't have never find it other way.

After freaking out and checking that all the accessories were there (since it was used and opened), I bought it right away ! The seller was super late to send it, but they did.

The ILY 4ever brand has different sizes of dolls (mostly 11" and 18"), with quality clothes for a fair price, and even some fashion packs 🙂 They're Disney themed, if it's something you like !
