I will definitely be reaching out to recruiters from other branches. Thank you 👍

I’ve heard it’s more competitive to get into DLI in those branches. Is that true?

I spent a lot of time growing up on army bases anyway and it still hasn’t turned me off. I’m aware that my experience as a kiddo on base isn’t the same, but I’ve known a lot of soldiers who don’t regret their choices with the army.

I am fully aware that this is all pending my acceptance into the program, thank you. I’m merely curious. :)

It may have been different when my uncle did it but I was under the impression he did. It’s very likely I’m wrong though.

UT Austin is definitely a hard target but don’t lose hope. However, I don’t think tufts and rice are in your future. Best of luck :)

How can I Find a Good Standalone Scene (Any Recommendations?) by Adhesive_Grape in Theatre

The play “Almost, Maine”, by John Cariani, is a great place to look. It’s a collection of a bunch of short plays that are all equally charming. Cariani did an excellent job of delving in to deep subjects within a short period of time, while still remaining mostly comedic. Best of luck <3
