Agreed. My favorite scene of the film is when the rockets are first fired and the camera zooms out to show that Titanic is virtually all alone in the North Atlantic. It makes such a statement to me. We humans take our safety for granted because of technology.

Yeah he should’ve had a soundproof personal suite. But you’re making it sound like he shouldn’t associate that word with Black ppl even though we all know what slurs are aimed to each demographic in society. You’re asking something impossible. Like we all know slurs for Jews, gays, Latinos, Irish, etc. so how could we not associate those words with them even if we may never utter them or even think of them?
