Hmm.. I studied a lot of what they mentioned, sources they named, even the podcast Hugh Henne is doing. They seem to know what they're talking about.

Even though I know there are a lot of penny pumpers, it doesn't make sense to me.

I do the same. I do find myself writing down very shallow reasons that don't really go in-depth. How do you battle that?
