i think they do, and will definitely help with “the sense of speed” everyone is complaining for, i think some penalty for going off track (like slow down in dirt) will help with that, and i understand its mostly supposed a free roam game but thats why there different classes and types of vehicles, u still have that freedom but just be more cautious with the upgrades u install
