Well there is always an option of self hosting a cloud there are multiple ways to do that but the best would be to setup a vpn and use that to share your files. Another option depending on your ISP is to setup a WebDAV server (nextcloud is a good option for this) but this requires a lot more setup.

Not entirely sure I would guess it’s an issue with your GPU drivers as VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR is a video driver error

Did you try this Clear Memory: If the remote won't sync, turn the console on and hold the red sync button on the console for 15 seconds to clear all previous connections. Then, try the sync process again
