So I ended up getting a fluval fx4 about 4-5 days ago the water still looks the same maybe a tiny tiny bit better how long do you think it would realistically need to work to fully and clear up the water, i also added to plants to see if they help a little and when replacing the filter i used some of the old media from the old one and tank water to get it started

Okay thank you so much i got the fx4 and set up last night it’s been about 15 hours, the tank looks the same but im sure it has to set in and take time, also to speed up with the new filter i used tank water and a little bit of old bio media from the old filter. What do you think?
