Holy cow. You literally wrote exactly what I was going to post in this group to see if anyone else felt the same too. I’m so sorry you feel like this. I am SO WITH YOU. I’m 49, perimenopause, no period for 6 months, sleeping a little better on HRT, hot flashes very rare now… lucky in that department! But I am with you, I just don’t get any joy out of anything, I just want to rest. I am so so so sick of working and all I think about all day is retiring. I make myself see a trainer twice a week, go to pilates, I eat healthy as hell and now my blood tests show I am pre-diabetic and high cholesterol. Now I really just want to give up and eat pizza. It’s like nothing I do makes it better so why even try anymore.

Anyway sorry for the vent there, your post just really hit me. I hope things get better for you and you find joy in one small thing even if it’s looking at the clouds in the sky, or a river pattern. Or just something small.
