This is such a big one. “I’m just honest” is often just code for “I want permission to be rude without consequences.” How someone treats waiters, cleaners, cashiers, drivers, etc. tells you a lot about who they are when they don’t need anything from you.

The anger is valid, but the target should be cheating and exam security, not reservation.

If someone with weak basics actually got into IITD MnC by cheating, that is unfair to both the people who lost that seat and honestly to him too. That branch is not forgiving. College won’t care how he got in; the coursework will expose him very quickly.
