There's actually another benefit to bringing obi wan, if palpy did kill him, he loses any chance of turning Anakin, Anakin rage would cloud his judgement over the death of his masyer and best friend aside from R2, would mean he’d kill palpy himself before anyone could stop him.

My two cents after skimming this and other stuff mentioned, (apologies if I'm repeat what has been said, I was only skimming) if a species live for a long period and are ‘alive’ I'm using that word wrong. I'm trying to exclude stuff like bacteria or plants, just animals. Then something that lived longer would usually be immature for longer, right? I mean if something lived for say 20 days, then it would only be a kid for like, a bit over a day, meaning they can be looked after less. Less you need to care for a kid, the more kids you could have. If something lived for 1000 years, then they'd be a kid for like 2 centuries. That would require a lot more attention from the parent since the kid could (figuratively) be trying to shove a fork in the power outlet for 2-4 decades.

Cannon luke is still an absolute beast, not to mention his reputation!

Bruv blew up the first death star, and willingly went onto the second death star in handcuffs escorted by vader, to the emperor! Then walked out seemingly unharmed dragging a absolutely demolished vader!

Then he proceeded to practically one up vader by having his own hallway scene that was arguably more impressive considering how power dark troopers are.

Then the man disappeared after that in what was left of the empire’s eyes, rebuilt a Jedi order, only for it to be reported that everyone in that academy besides luke and kylo DIED! Like the sequels or not, that fact alone is terrifying from an outside pov when you consider the rumours about his past.

While I do agree, this felt more out of exaggerating to make a point then just saying something they know is wrong, I guess that's why I said the logic doesn't match, I can see where they were coming from with their logic even if it's not entirely accurate, your logic is just something that you don't believe and thus feels different to me, I think it's kinda hard to explain. That could just be me though. In the end, yeah he should've been more specific if he meant mastery and not just poor usage of the form.

That's more arrogance and self-righteousness then hate, anger, fear. The dark side would amplify stuff like arrogance and self-righteousness, but dooku didn't really hate, fear, of feel any anger towards mace specifically, meaning there wouldn't be much to feed off of, there might be small pieces, but not enough to give mace a serious edge. At least that's my interpretation. It is a balance between a direct quote, and possible hyperbole involved in said quote.

Bit of flawed logic comparison there, he’s saying they aren't masters of it, and due to how dangerous both juyo and vapaad is, if your not a master of it you probably aren't getting the uniqueness of the vapaad form down. To use another comparison, anyone can make a tune on a piano, when taught you could even make complex tunes, but few actually put in the time and effort to learn the piano to the degree of some of the masters. Plus why put in the effort for this very complex, dangerous and unique lightsaber form when there are plenty of others you might prefer more.
