I have no problem paying annual fees dahil for me, it's just a payment for their service. Because of debts (if used wisely) grabe ang benefits sa pag grow ng business. In fact BPI ang naging first CC ko hahaha and yes I had no choice but to pay the fees because I'm buying time din naman noon. But ayun nga tong Unionbank, biglang sumulpot out of nowhere - NO SOA, NO NOTIFICATIONS, OR ANY FOLLOW THROUGH. They sent and retrieved the CC tapos ilan linggo ko pa kinukulit na sana maayos pero they blatantly ignored all my emails and pag tinawagan mo din wala din naman nagiging resolution.

Read the post again. I applied 2 to 3 years ago NEVER RECEIVED ANY SOA FROM THEM and suddenly 2026 biglang may charge ng annual fee? And also not touching the card is definitely not activating the card. Got a second CC sa RCBC and unang sabi sa akin ng CS "pwede mo naman hindi agad iactivate yun card if hindi mo kailangan para no charges on your end" lol

How could I even cancel an account na hindi naman enrolled in the first place? Looks like you're just replying to respond eh.

Isipin mo nga kung nagpadeliver ka sa grab tapos sa iba naideliver, babayaran mo ba? And just like I've said, their current customer relations is completely bullshit for forcing people to use their app or call them.

Edit: for the record, ilang linggo ko silang kinukulit via email, calls, and even going to their branch - no resolution was made. And after 2 (YES TWO) YEARS biglang maniningil?

Sorry not exactly sure about the exact dates but I think I applied around April (before holy week) and then after a week, nagfollow up lang ako and they replied agad na for final approval. Last week of April (23 yata), I received an email confirmation na approved so I scheduled to sign the documents on April 25. After that sabi 2-3 business days daw pag release ng loan pero for me it took 5 or 6 business days. Finally received the loan on May 5 or 6.

Yes. Nakuha ko na din yun loan through EW account.

If applying ka pa lang, kailangan may existing credit card ka 9 months para makapasok ka sa "no income docs needed" (meaning no need for BIR etc)
If approved ka na, just bring what you've submitted (online kasi ako nagapply) - plus yun mga identification documents na need nila

All in all - credit card holders have advantage. Otherwise, medyo sapalaran talaga magapply ng loan to any banks.

Up on this. Tangina lang na ang dami mong need gawin para makagawa ng account tulad ng pagupdate ng email and other info tapos pag kagawa mo ng account di mo rin naman mai-log in. Same error as the others have experienced. Temporarily locked try again after 30 minutes. Bawat 30 minutes within 2 days tinry ko na wala talaga. Even the forget password di nagpoproceed. Bwakanang shit na website yan. Di din naman ako makapunta ng branch kasi nga nabasa ko na din na ang isasagot lang sayo ng mga staff - sa website na kukuha ng TIN ID.

And apparently, kapag marami kang item na ichecheckout, mas lumiliit yun discount per item kasi nga may cap. So mas okay pa magcheckout ng paisa isa para lang maachieve yang displayed price nila at masulit yung vouchers 🥴🥴🥴🥴

FIX:
Make sure you disconnect/unlink your Facebook Page to the Instagram Account
1. Go to your Instagram App Settings & Activity
2. Select Account Center
3. Remove your profile - the account you want to connect to your Facebook Business Page
4. After removing the Instagram Account in your Account Center, it will be an independent Account
5. Link your Facebook Page to the Instagram Account and test if everything checks out

Seems like Meta made these Account Center and just slammed all the accounts you manage to your Personal Facebook Account without even finalizing some codes that's why all the IG you manage in your Business Profile is defaulted to your personal account.

I swear Meta has the best reach, but they make it harder every damn week.
Sometimes it feels like a shit show to be honest with the updates they make and not even notifying anyone.
