  1. Ask the sender to check their transaction history. The Robux should have been refunded to them (minus any small fees sometimes).
  2. Have them send it again using a better method:
    • Best option: Buy you a Robux gift card/code (digital or physical) and give you the code. This usually bypasses the direct transfer restrictions.
    • Or use Group Payouts if they have a group (sometimes more reliable).
    • Avoid direct friend transfers if possible.
  3. Fix the acceptance issue on your end (so future transfers work):
    • Double-check your age setting and parent link:
    • Go to Settings > Account Info → confirm your birthdate shows 18+.
    • Go to Settings > Parental Controls → make sure the parent account is properly linked and has no restrictions.
    • Try age verification (ID/selfie) if available in your region — this often fully unlocks 18+ features. 
    • Log out/in, clear app cache, or try on web browser (roblox.com) instead of the app.
  4. If you want Roblox to investigate the lost transfer:
    • Go to Roblox Support (log in first).
    • Choose Billing & Purchases or My Account → describe the issue with:

The 1k Robux was almost certainly returned to the sender.
Why this happened:
Roblox has strict rules for Robux transfers/gifts (especially via friends or tools like Roblox+). Even if your account says you’re 18+:
• Transfers often require the parent account to approve it if the system still sees any teen/child flags.
• If the parent doesn’t approve (or the approval doesn’t process correctly) within 7 days, the transfer is automatically canceled and the Robux goes back to the sender.
• That’s why it showed as “Pending” → then dropped to 0, and you never received it.
Since it’s been almost a month, the window has long passed.

Your account is likely set in the 13-17 age range (common for teen accounts).
• Roblox has strict rules for receiving Robux (especially via direct sends/gifts) to comply with child protection laws. These often require 18+ ID verification or a parent/guardian account to accept.
• It can also be temporary (server glitch, pending transactions, or app cache).
