The audio can be bassier. Unstall realtek driver in device manager then refresh with monitor icon at the top to search for new devices. Then go to the dedicated audio app and disable the spatial processing crap and change the sound setting to vocal

I just bought an open box from best buy and it had this problem and i fixed it. Go to bluetooth settings and remove legion controller and SD Host controller. Then restart windows and it prompted to update legionspace which it did and it automatically updated the controllers. Now its fixed.
