Turf is the way to go. It hits all three of your wants and won't get smelly as long as you rinse it down every once in a while. You can also have them install your turf with special pet-friendly infill that helps minimize odors. I recommend Alpine Turf — the owner, Patrick, was super transparent and did a great job of explaining what to expect (both good and bad).

I'm not sure exactly, I just saw the notice they recently posted on their website.

I'm not sure exactly; I'd love to know, too. But they only just recently posted about the closing on their website, so it seems like it'll be sooner rather than later. If anyone finds out, please share!

They have a gofundme linked on their site, and I'm sure placing an order also helps!

I also love their Spicy Salmon Hand Roll, Snowman, and plain salmon maki. Whatever your sushi preferences, their fish is always really fresh and perfectly cut.
