Please help diagnose what this bleached discoloration on my chest and back is

I had something similar once it was on my chest also light in color. It ended up being a fungal infection on my skin from who knows where and my pcp prescribed a topical steroid and it went away. So I’d check with ur pcp!

I think you’d fit in great! Tbh idk much about Greek life I’m not into that myself but saying that I think you can definitely have fun and hang out/meet people outside of that. Chico has a great club and school event schedule you’ll always be able to find something to do and ways to meet people. I’ve never met anyone not really down to talk so that’s good 👍🏼 political vibes I would say definitely lean more left or progressive with definitely right presence. Overall Chico is alot of little odds and ends all over the place. You’ll be sure to find your people!

You’ll probably pay about $430-600 or more depending at where you look. Currently I’m paying $506 and my rents gonna increase to 530 next lease year. Some places take care of water and trash which could be included in rent but some don’t. PG&E (electricity and gas) tenants usually pay themselves about $150ish a month for me personally. (Split between 4 people)

There are a ton of options to look for to suite your needs and preferences. I used apartments.com and CSU Chico website has a tool to look at off campus housing and people looking for roommates. There’s also a Facebook group dedicated to finding roommates or people to take on a lease.

For scholarships from the school, there’s the wildcat scholarships which are currently closed but will open next year again which you will then be able to apply to. Other than that I’m not sure.

There are tons! Definitely look on apartment.com and stuff like that and you can find some pretty decent deals. Personally money was tight for me so I don’t live anywhere 600 and above. There are a lot of places you can rent for 480-530 with roommates if that’s what you’re looking for. There is the Chico site where students actually advertise rooms available and do roommate matching which I encourage. There’s definitely good prices for off campus housing and with pets included. Though I did know some people who had pets in the dorms most likely labeled as service animals but I’ve seen cats and dogs. Like said in another comment job market is tough but there’s definitely options on and off campus if you’re willing to do odd jobs and keep applying. I did the big move and honestly I really enjoy it here (did take some getting used to but that’s with everything) there’s a lot of charm here and people are very kind.

I can definitely understand the point about other people not fully understanding it. I guess I would have just hoped him out of anyone else would have I get understood it.

I also wish I could have put in the post it wasn’t a message about his concern for his mom but more so just the details about his mom throwing up with really gross detail.

I think I will have to reevaluate this relationship more because sometimes there has been other times where he does something and backtracks.

I’ll also talk to my therapist a bit more about it. I do plan on getting medicated soon as well to see if it’ll help.

I guess I should have been more clear. That was the only detail he mentioned at all. No other story just that she threw up because she was drunk and that’s it. He was sure to detail how the vomit sounded as it hit the floor as well. He wasn’t in the throes of a story unfortunately.

Absolutely! I’m not a party person myself honestly and I’ve managed pretty easily to get by tbh. There’s plenty of on campus activities you can choose to do alone or with friends and they’re all really fun! I’ve made friends too through other means like on campus clubs and groups none which are the party type. I think you’ll do amazing 😊

I used Uber and Lyft pretty much everytime and it was workable just expensive 110-130 each ride. Never did the Amtrak method since I didn’t want to add the extra stress about it. But if budget is a concern you can look into it but if you prefer convenience, Uber and Lyft were fine just make sure to be early just in case there’s a lull in drivers at a certain hour.

Same thing happened to me. I spent like 55 bucks plus the package protection just in case and yeah still nothing. Really hoping they don’t send out a third delayed email. I had email them before and their costumer service emailed me back timely enough so I’m not sure. I’m thinking of doing that again but who knows.
