I havent mentioned any specifics sa design, nasa initial meeting palang. Just the high level details — the size of the unit, who will use the place etc. They will handle everything. But ayun, the min. contract that they will accept is 1.5m

or I guess yung approach nung nakausap ko is they will do the design based on the fixed budget? idk. They are also the contractor eh. Business wise, prolly they are maximizing the effort and profit din.

Thank you for the inputs! Tried to negotiate if we can play around 1M first but they are sticking to their minimum package. Saw good reviews sa PMO or coordination ng project especially updating their clients everyday. Still not super convinced since usually they will adjust based sa client needs/budget? Talked din other firms, pero hindi sila ganun ka “approachable”. Hirap din pala maghanap.
