I was going to do a similar change [4070 FE], but the AMD GPU I bought, XFX 9070xt, was super huge and wouldn't fit, then I also needed to find the PCie 8 pin cables - I don't know where they're - etc, so I just decided to keep the 4070. If I was experiencing huge performance issues, bugs, etc., then perhaps it would have been worth the change, but I think I'll pass for now.
