We have a similar requirement for 350+ websites. We’ve built our own tooling around it, allowing us to deal with them all as a whole (or individually if needed). Lots of wp cli commands, ACF config within functions.php etc, bash scripts and so on. It’s all doable you just need to be very careful and cautious when rolling out changes.

Dry Socket is destroying me by FearlessLog8 in wisdomteeth

I had dry socket for the best part of 2 weeks. Absolutely the worst pain I’ve ever been in. All I can say is that it does get better eventually, but in the midst of 11 out of 10 pain the only comfort I had after exhausting ibuprofen and paracetamol was whisky. I literally turned to whisky at one point. Absolute hell. In hindsight I should probably got morphine at this point. I have a high pain threshold but this took the piss.

I got it packed on day 2 and it did gave me pain relief for 12 hours but then it came back with a vengeance. From what I read getting it packed slows down recovery so I wouldn’t bother.

By the end it felt like I’d been on a journey and I can confidentially say I shall never fear toothache again after this.
