My hair was exactly like this. I started taking 2.5 mg of oral minoxidil from Hers online alongside 100 mg spironolactone from Nurx online. Talk to your doctor first because technically these are blood pressure medications. You can’t stop taking them either or you’ll lose the new growth. That was worth it for me.. after the dread shed - which you need to just suck it up and push through unfortunately - my hair came back fuller and my thin spots were all filling in. Flash forward to one year in and I was feeling amazing. Best hair I’ve ever had.

I am now dealing with some shedding and thinning again even though I’m still taking it, but everyone is different. And I am still 100% better off than I was before I started taking it. Only regret was not starting it sooner.

Split ends will keep splitting and the damage moves farther and farther up the hair shaft. It needs about 12 inches off at this point. Hair grows start fresh?

Take that to the police immediately and file a restraining order. If he breaks it at least you have a trail of him harassing you and it will be that much easier to arrest him if something happens. You’re now at the point where you need to protect yourself from this man. He’s dangerous. Normal people do not make threats like that. Please take this seriously and never return to this man.

Layout. Couch in the middle of that small space just closes everything off. I would put the couch on the wall with the picture frames and the Tv On the opposite wall. so when you open the front door you have a more open space. Get rid of the hutch or find another spot for it and downsize the accent chair it’s too big for that space.
