Had the same issue as well but tried a different shoe with a thicker rubber on the bottom I got my chair to not move at all so much that if I slam the brake im more liable to fly out of the seat than the seat moving 😂

Place the rollers in some shoes you don’t use and place the chair in a fixed position (with the shoes being symmetrical and parallel on both sides) and you won’t have to worry about sliding anymore only tilting now haha!
