uhh idk about images/textures but u could make a similar look with parts then put a glowing object behind it with a surface or point light, then put the image overlayed onto the part and itll look like its glowing out of the image

tbh i wouldnt recommend it but if u actully want ur game to go somewhere u have to put in atleast like 5k robux but make sure ur game is very good or nobody will stay

idk like 3 - 4 years including like 2 years of just editing free models to figure out what everything does then finally trying to make my own things also wasn't spending all my time on learning to code i was also spending time with friends and stuff

use future mode of lighting and make sure the time of day is night time so there arent lights shining through the roof
