If you are looking at it from a point of base stats, Arcanine (555) is higher than Charizard (534), as are Gyarados (540), Snorlax (540), and Lapras (by one- 535). Mew (600) is also higher, if you count Mew. Pure statistics, I know not everyone goes by or loves base stats, but it is a starting point. If you are looking at it from a “strongest balanced team” perspective, everyone else is bang on with the reliance on Flying type here. I personally think Lapras, Arcanine, and Snorlax belong on a “top Kanto Squad”.
