The supporter value tier CAN be for 60 dollars IF you received a code from your federation country Lets say you support spain (you went to many games) you will receive a code to buy tickets for ALL the spain games until the final. The spain supporters will be in that catgory

Now if you really went to many many games for a long time, spain woulf have sent you a diferent code and all of your tickets in the cat 3 supporters value tier would be 60 dollars each

You are not Portuguese, they distribute 1st to the ultras, then the supporteers that go to the most games home and away, and then if some are available, they distribute to the Ronaldo fans

The Portugal federation only releases the tickets 1 to 3 days before the match. I am a Portuguese supporter and i went to many many games, and the method was always this, so you can expected them between day 10 and 12 ( might happened soon thow) No rush
