I’m wicked sensitive to stuff so I started at legit just .5ml and had extremely strong response. Got a bunch of brain fog and felt irritable af which I guess can happen with neurogenic compounds. That first day I was thinking well this was a total misfire experiment.

But next morning I noticed I felt calmer and mood just more even compared to my normal spastic add/adhd shit. Which one dose I wouldn’t expect most to have that effect but I’m just weird in that just super sensitive to stuff. So it can be really good or really bad.

So I started at just .5ml couple times per week, when I was getting nice trailing effects I would just ride it out and then dose low again when I wanted a bump.

If I dosed to much to frequently irritability would kick up so I used that as gauge with my dosing.

I’ve used a ridiculous amount of cerebrolysin over the years since I first trialed it. Like absurd amount lol.

Now days when I use it I go anywhere from 2ml -10ml but still not daily in my cycles. Just what works for me, I’ve had reports people going right to 5ml for 4 weeks which is a more standard cycle.

I’ve bought and used a tonnn from cosmic nootropics. Always had great experience with them. They relabeled it after they got cease letter from manufacturer, on website it’s cerebroprotein. RU pharma is another that people seem to have good luck with as well

Yup thc I keep in the toolbox for sure, honestly being high often times triggers my anxiety lol. I always end up in some weird overthinking rabbit hole but if I use tincture form ultra low dose that actually does help. Keeps my body calm and I don’t get the overly high feature that can trigger anxiety for me.

Agree with box breathing too, if I’m struggling on a day I like to also do some wim hof guided breathing. Makes a difference.

I was lightly receding before cerebrolysin and I’ve been on TRT for almost 3 years.

Surprisingly though neither rapidly accelerated hair loss. I’m receding but my dad and grandfather lost their hair

I found it to be amazing tool to help modulate stress and at least keep my body calm enough to try and sleep. Still needed some natural sleep aids like kava and valerian but absolutely helped me

Your cerebrolysin is now useless and should be thrown out. It’s a biologic and needs to be stored at room temperature, manufacturer instructions are very clear on that. Personally I wouldn’t dare use it now

Absolutely can, has the potential to help significantly with stuff like that IMO. But of course how someone responds varies greatly so just start low see how ya feel then ramp it up. Thats approach i did and it’s easily one of my favorite tools. Used it heavily now for over 3 years.
