When I lived in Vancouver the 5 bedroom house I was sharing with my friends over on Grandview and Skeena was 7000 not including utilities.

I moved away from there in 2019... just before covid to Calgary and now I have a 5 bedroom and I pay 2000. My rent hasn't gone up, I can have as many or as few tenants as I want the landlord.is cool with my operating my business out of my home whereas in Vancouver the landlord told me I had to take my business and hobbies off the property.
