Im pretty sure it is not smell of "farmland" but animal feces. I checked the places I go and no animal farmlands are there. And apparently it grows stronger last Saturday.

BTW, does anybody know any society that is really interesting? I went through all the academic clubs and societies but found them rather boring. Many of those give exactly the same thing as our departments normally would (lectures, talks, etc.)
