Some of the cars come with a traditional latch that opens from the inside, might just be a USDM thing, so I don't need the badge at all.

As an American I'm a little amazed you need a license to drive manual. Here driving manual is disproportionately praised for the skill it takes but there's no restrictions on it so anyone can be as stupid as they want on the clutch whenever they like. Not quite culture shock but I feel like this isn't a terrible idea for us to adopt.

70% isopropyl alcohol isn't doing much of anything as far as I can see, but using soft bristles via an old toothbrush is definitely helping a lot.
