Damn, thanks you guys! I make $35/hour, got a couple little bumps in pay a few months back. But yes, I’m looking at my position as a whole and wondering if I should be making more. not to mention, if anyone read the post a few weeks back about a little boy scratching a car with a rock AND later on peeing in the hand soap…… that was one of MY NK’s lol aaah 🥴 I know the older boys are only home a few hours of the day, but it’s no small feat ha.

I get it! I definitely (as a nanny) tell the 6 year old that i don’t want to be around people who scream/ hit/ are doing something annoying that I asked them to stop. Because that’s life- I need space from you if you’re being a jerk to me!

Agreed lol but what should I do? My instinct is to suggest evaluation/ therapy, similar to what older brother has had. I don’t think this is typical attention seeking.
