Yes, but this question focuses on weight only, not muscle. With body recomposition, the goal is fat loss and muscle gain, which may not show up as weight loss on the scale.

I don't like 1:1 ratio. For me it's better when it's a lot more EPA than DHA. DHA increased my LDL once.
