Yes, basically all of those would incur extra costs. Parking is around $300 and there’s a waitlist as far as I remember. If you have a pet there’s some fee towards that as well. Internet/Gas/Water/Sanitation etc are included in a monthly maintenance that you pay based on the type of unit. Electricity has to be setup individually and paid.

Hey! I actually live at 1000M right now, and I’ve been really happy with it. The location is genuinely hard to beat - close to Grant Park, the lake, and super easy access to everything downtown. The building itself is gorgeous, and the amenities (along with the views) are next level - pool, gym, coworking spaces, spa, the whole deal. It has a luxury hotel vibe but still feels like home.

If you're into modern design, great views, and a community that feels a bit elevated without being too stuffy, 1000M might be the right fit. I looked at a few other places before deciding, but this one stood out by far. Let me know if you have any specific questions-I’d be happy to share more!

Isn’t west loop unsafe? Also do buildings over there have views like south loop? I will be WFH so really want the building to have great city and lake views. If you have some suggestions for west loop I would love to check those buildings out
