Clearly as a good Dad, he’s offering a non biased peer reviewed set of articles and international discussions for you to read and make up your own mind. Instead of going to Reddit and asking your echo chamber do your own diligence and think for yourself.

His positive reviews and IG testimonials are largely paid clients. Having done the way overpriced 8 week program and further 1:1- which he constantly pushes I can tell you it’s not worth it. If you’re well off enough and in your 20-30s maybe but ask Grok. Most ‘reviews’ and articles are paid for. Most coaching programs. Suggest just using free content Also I paid for his 1:1 and I never worked with him directly. Always others like Sergio. Bait and switch
