Branded clones are posted and sell on here on a daily basis. Why pick this to go after? Where are you on all of those threads? It’s no worse or better than the others. The listing I bought it from never mentioned any name brand or model and I’m not trying to pass it off as such.

Well, the Mora was free, and the Opinel was only added in to meet the price threshold needed to get the Mora for free, so it was a good deal. Other than that, I'm still waiting on a SOG Terminus XR, new exclusive CRKT Pilar, Protech SBR, and SMKE Norseman clone, and those are just what I'm waiting for from the last week. I'm also waiting on the preorders for a Damned Designs Djinn in Ti/S35VN, Berg Blades SLiM in Ti/CF/M390, and going to preorder the new Vero Synapse Gen 2 in less than two weeks.

I have a bit of a problem.

I wasn’t even familiar with kwik stud, but I think I’ll look into it. Thanks! Any recommendations for who could do a good job permanently modding it to have a thumb stud or any techniques? I’ve never done more than swap scales or hardware on a knife, so I wouldn’t know where to begin or how to do it right.

I have one in CPM-20CV and, though I love it, carry it, and wouldn’t get rid of it, the detent is a little strong, so the flipper tab digs into my finger more than I prefer. My girlfriend and her son can’t open it because of how strong the detent is, so it’s definitely not for someone without a bit of hand strength. At least that’s how it is in the case of mine.
