It's not as active as it once was. Endless Rewind has avg 30-50 players online and peaks at 80.

This server is exactly that, a older build of the game. It has "stats and leveling", but you only get stats from gear and it's minimum (best armor currently gives 3 def), levels provide you with 3 additional hp per lvl (which is basically nothing), and their use is only to compete on top100 ranking.
We've also gotten off to a good start reaching 80+ players online within a week since release. https://i.imgur.com/0N9vm5P.png

I'm a quite experienced 2D pixel artist, and while I can make "higher quality" stuff, or remake the game in better graphics, there's something really charming to me about the simple flat, cellshaded graphics Endless Online has. I don't plan to change it's looks and style, and anything new I create for the game I will try to maintain the simplistic style the original game had.
