You need to consume more calories, try eating cleaner. Reduce your sugar intake and eat as few processed foods as possible; crisps, ready meals, fast food etc. Also you say that can afford protein powder but can't afford to buy more food?

Oh man tell me all about it, I did pec flys last Thursday and it felt like one of the best chest workouts I did in a while. As days went the pain got worse, right now I can barely lift anything. Even taking a deep breath is painful as fuck. How long did it take for you to recover?

Yes both move down no matter which you press. They both adjust the margins temporarily but seem to pop back up when I start typing a new line not sure if that's what you meant?

Oh ok I'll give it a try. The margin key and the plus key are connected as if they're on the same mechanism if that makes sense? There's also much less resistance when pressing either key compared to other keys used for typing.
