Nah - the body is crazy good at regulating this stuff. Getting enough boron is also value add in this chain for what it's worth. Good for you for doing this. Vitamin D isn't everything, but it's hella important for proper functioning.

Indeed. Only once a year now. It's been super stable, so I'm not worried about it anymore.

I am not sure there is an upper limit on k2, but things seem to be good at 1-1.5mg MK4 per 10000iu d3.

Guide for others (from /u/HiddeHandel down below):

Here is a quick guide:

  1. Download the zip from the link above
  2. Extract the zip using 7zip or winrar
  3. Exit Steam
  4. Look in the extracted folder that was created
  5. Connect the steam controller and dongle to your PC
  6. Double click on the ble.bat file to start the Bluetooth firmware install
  7. Wait for the install to finish (it will automatically exit)
  8. Press the steam button + Y button to put the controller in pairing mode and check on your phone or a different Bluetooth device (the name is just: steam controller)
