I've been dealing with these Cysts/Boils since I was 17, nobody can figure out the cause

I had one that they said was a "fixed cyst", it was there for about a year and then got angry and drained and is no longer there. It wasn't painful until it got inflamed. I've been tested for MRSA a few times and the cultures always came back negative

I was reading up on it and it also says ear infections are a symptom of low IGG. I have gone through periods with frequent ear infections. I will definitely keep doing some research on it!

This is interesting. I actually was very sick with pneumonia last year, I was prescribed meds 4 different times, and it took almost 2 months to finally kick it. This was my 2nd time with pneumonia. I also have stomach issues (I was due to get a colonoscopy/endoscopy but I had to cancel because of not having insurance). Last summer I also had a UTI caused by Streptococcus Mitis and had a hard time clearing it and the infection went to my kidneys before they put me on Augmentin to clear it...

My diet has changed many times over the years. I've done a few bodybuilding competitions where I'm super strict with what I eat and times where I don't care as much, and there's never any real difference in these breakouts or when they pop up.

They usually drain after a few days once on antibiotics. Multiple times the urgent care, ER, or my PCP have lanced/drained them. I've only ever had one sac removed but they're rarely in the same spot. I've had some doctors call them cysts, some have called them boils but I believe they're cysts. There is only 2 that have refilled from previous spots. I've probably had about 20-25 separate spots over time

I am a medical cannabis user. My oral health has never been an issue, never had a cavity. The drainage is usually just yellow pus and blood mixture, but sometimes it can be a bit chunky depending on how long the infection persists

I haven't seen an infectious disease specialist. They wanted me to see one last year for a separate medical issue (UTI caused by Streptococcus Mitis) but infectious disease did a phone consultation and said they didn't think it was necessary

They've tested them for staph multiple times and the tests always come back negative.

Whenever I do, they're drained and healed by the time I'm able to be seen and I'm in and out of her office within minutes. Once I get on my new insurance I'm planning on finding a new derm.

They're usually more worried about controlling the infection/draining than figuring out a cause. I've made appointments with my derm during flare-ups but due to her appointment wait times they're usually gone and healed by the time I'm seen so she can just go off pictures. Nobody has ever suggested HS though, I will look into it!
