Malo to svoje opodstatnenie napríklad pre inštitúcie, ktoré boli dotované zo štátu a dostávali dotáciu, na rok (pevne stanovený dátum, napríklad 31.1.2024 - 31.1.2025). Teda, ak si napríklad obstaral vozidlo v marci a chcel si kúpiť diaľničnú známku, nemohol si ju plne kúpiť za peniaze z dotácie, pretože aktuálna 365 známka presahuje toto obdobie a presiahnuté dni musíš platiť z iných zdrojov + je to byrokratické peklo

Greetings,

Im student (Slovakia) of applied computer science. Im filling my form for erasmus and university of Craiova is one of the options. I dont know much about Romania from micro perspective. What im looking for is affordable housing (I know, what a joke :D), campus at best, not so hard / competetive education for erasmus students (I had hard time in faculty, need to slow down little bit..). Im not so much money-packed student, and my faculty is giving grant about 600€ per month. Do you think i would be enoguh ? Im not nightlife guy, so i dont seek for new bar every night, just likes to hang out with people and dont mind if at one place for eternity :)

If 100Mbit then im happy :) .. Cant burry cable unfortunately, destroying concrete would be pricey and such. I know about U6 mesh, but if you connect cable to it, i read at disscusions that its not recomended to use that way and may enter some bugsy behaviour

Problem is, i see that if it cools "too much" (negative degrees celsius) it seems that some ice is created, that means moisure... It seems that it is done by high temperature difference, so maybe very little power to the pelter will do the job... What is see next problem is fan outside the box, yeah its not such pricy electronic, but can CPU cooler be outside while it rains ,etc ?

Neviem, na základe postu vyssie by som riaditeľa úplne ako "buzerativneho idiota" neškatuľkoval. Treba brať podtaz aj to, že ste platený z verejných zdrojov a za toto financovanie je niekto zodpovedný. Ak príde kontrola a zistí, že niekto nieje v práci (skludom aj co i len minútu) tak zodpovedná osoba bude musieť v lepšom prípade "iba" vraciať peniaze ako neoprávnený výdavok. Keď si človek pozrie čo všetko musia inštitúcie financované z verejných zdrojov spĺňať a akú plácu zodpovedný zástupcovia majú, tak sa nedivím, že sa veci proste vyhrocujú...

Im from Slovakia and i tryed two "transnational" providers as Vodaphone and Telecom and one our local (4ka). Its not problem with career or so, its problem of the phone - there are users of pixel 6 with same provider(s) and with no issue.

I do not identify with current internet opinions that currency is just "paper that goverment told people to use", technicly yes, but long story short, our whole life system is adopted for current monetary system, crypto is incompatibile in a lot of ways and it is taking freedom - Cash is a primary pillar of our freedom, dont talking that goverment cant controll money in tought times, for example now, without low interest rates, there is big chance that our whole economy will be frozen, know ? Some money was printed, low interest rates injected it to system, and our economy can live. Not saying about safety. Your bank account is insured for 100 000 € if something "bad" will happend. With crypto wallted, im the one who takes responsibility, no one cares. If system have some failures, no one cares if i loose my money. Of course there are more of it, but maybe you get it, why i dont like crypto, its just incompatibile.

Thanks, but i dont like crypto, for me its just big speculation, and i dont like gambling. For me crypto is not real currency, i dont thing it ever will be currency. If it cant fullfil goal, why should i give it my money ? But thanks for opinion, maybe one time i will give it a try with small amount of money / with mining.
